Day 1 | Welcome to Ha Noi – City Tour (L)

Xin chao! Welcome to Vietnam. Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for some rest (check-in time is at 14:00).

After a brief break, we will begin our tour to explore the vibrant city of Ha Noi. Our first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh complex, where you can stroll through the garden and visit the two houses where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. We will also visit the One Pillar Pagoda, renowned as one of the most unique pagodas in the world.

Please note: Modest attire is required when visiting the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, and pagodas. The mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays, but visitors can still take photos and explore the surrounding area.

Lunch is served at local restaurant.

Next, we will continue our tour with a visit to the Temple of Literature, established in the 11th century and recognized as Vietnam’s first university. Later, we’ll hop on a Cyclo to explore the charming Old Quarter of Ha Noi, the best way to leisurely take in the sights and observe the daily life of the locals. After the Cyclo ride, we’ll visit Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake, one of the key highlights of the Old Quarter.

Our final stop will be a traditional 1-hour Water Puppet Show, after which we’ll return to the hotel for the night.

Day 2 | Hanoi – Mai Chau (B, L, D)

Begin your day by departing from your hotel in Hanoi at 08:00 for an exciting 4-hour journey to Mai Chau. Along the way, make a stop at the top of Thung Khe Pass to capture photos of the breathtaking Northwestern mountain scenery and visit a local market to experience the variety of products and livestock available.

Upon arriving at your accommodation, check in and enjoy a lunch featuring traditional dishes from the local restaurant. Afterward, we’ll explore the village to learn about the local culture and traditional livelihoods. Dinner will be served at the homestay, where you’ll also spend the night.

Day 3 | More exploration of Mai Chau – Drive to Ninh Binh (B, L)

Breakfast is provided at your homestay. Today, we’ll drive to a Thai ethnic village, where you can admire the stunning landscapes shaped by the village, rice fields, mountains, and streams – an experience sure to captivate you.

In the afternoon, we’ll return to Mai Chau for lunch. Afterward, we’ll travel to Ninh Binh. Upon arrival in the late afternoon, we’ll check into the hotel and you can enjoy the rest of your evening at your own pace.

Day 4 | Ninh Binh day trip (B, L)

After breakfast at hotel, we will start our exciting day. Your first destination is the Trang An River, where you’ll embark on a traditional Sampan boat journey, gently rowing through stunning tunnel caves and soaking in the breathtaking scenery along the riverbanks. During the two-hour boat trip, keep an eye out for mountain goats gracefully leaping across the cliffs.

Lunch is served at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we’ll take a short drive to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital from the 9th century. Here, your tour guide will introduce you to the cultural landmarks and share fascinating stories of the ancient kings. After the tour, we’ll head back to Ha Noi and overnight at your hotel.

Day 5 | Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay, overnight on cruise (B, L, D)

Enjoy your breakfast, and around 08:00, our driver will pick you up for the transfer to Ha Long Bay.

Upon arrival, we’ll check in and board the cruise to begin exploring this magnificent World Heritage site. Lunch will be served at the cruise restaurant, featuring a selection of delicious dishes.

As we cruise through the stunning bay, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking scenery, with thousands of limestone islands dotting the landscape. Our first stop will be Luon Cave, one of Ha Long Bay’s top attractions, perfect for rowing or kayaking. Afterward, we’ll visit Titov Island, where you can either enjoy a swim or hike to the top for a panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Later, we’ll return to the cruise for some relaxation and rest as we prepare for dinner. Dinner will be served at the cruise’s restaurant, offering a delightful selection of the cruise’s specialties. Afterward, you’re free to unwind, try your hand at squid fishing, indulge in a spa treatment, or simply relax and enjoy the evening.

Day 6 | Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi – Flight to Da Nang (B, L)

At 06:00, you have the option to join a 30-minute Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck. Afterward, enjoy breakfast at the restaurant.

Your next adventure takes you to Sung Sot Cave, one of the most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay. After exploring the cave, return to the cruise, relax, pack your luggage, and check out of your cabin.

You can then enjoy an early lunch at the restaurant as the cruise makes its way back to the port. Once disembarked, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. On arrival, get picked up by our driver and transfer to your hotel in Da Nang for check in and overnight.

Day 7 | City Tour Da Nang (B, L)

After enjoying breakfast at hotel, we’ll start exploring this beautiful city. Our first destination is the Marble Mountains, a group of five hills located about eight kilometers south of Da Nang. Our guide will take you up Mount Thuy, one of the peaks, where you’ll discover hidden caves, shrines, and pagodas, home to several Buddhist and Hindu grottoes. We’ll also visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village at the mountain’s base, where you can admire intricate stone sculptures created by local artisans.

Following that, we’ll head to Han Market, one of Da Nang’s largest. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with locals and get a glimpse into their daily lives, offering you insight into the culture.

Lunch will be enjoyed at a nearby restaurant.

Our final visit will be to Linh Ung Pagoda, also known as the Lady Buddha Pagoda, located at the foot of the Son Tra Peninsula. This site features Vietnam’s tallest Buddha statue and offers stunning panoramic views of Da Nang.

At the end of the tour, we’ll transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 8 | Explore Ba Na Hills and Golden Hand Bridge (B, L)

At 08:00, meet our guide and set off for Ba Na Hills, one of Da Nang’s most stunning attractions. Your visit begins with a scenic cable car ride, after which you’ll explore various highlights, including the Funicular, Debay Ancient Wine Cellar, Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung Pagoda, Fantasy Park and the Thich Ca Buddha Statue.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

Later, take a stroll to the summit of Ba Na Mountain, reaching its highest point at 1,487 meters. You’ll visit the Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong Tower, and the famous Golden Bridge, where you can capture breathtaking photos of the mountain and Da Nang city below.

After the tour, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 9 | Hoi An Old Town Tour (B, L)

The morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

At 13:00, we’ll transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town. Start with a visit to the Bay Mau Coconut Forest, a historic area with canals and a river where resistance heroes once concealed themselves with coconut shell guns. Here, you can breathe in the fresh air and try navigating a traditional basket boat, just like the local river people.

Next, we’ll take a walking tour through the charming streets of Hoi An. The narrow lanes are ideal for exploring on foot, where you’ll discover old merchant houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese architecture. We’ll also visit the Hoi An Museum, the Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, renowned for its exquisite wood carvings, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge.

The tour will conclude around 19:00, after which we’ll return to Da Nang for an overnight stay.

Day 10 | Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh – City Tour (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel then transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, our people will welcome you at the airport and drive you to hotel for leaving luggage and relaxing (Check in time at 14:00)

After a comfort break for lunch, we’ll start with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, which houses a vast collection of exhibits, including weaponry, photographs, and documents detailing Vietnam’s wars with the French and Americans. Next, we’ll visit the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam and a symbol of the Southern Administration’s reign until the end of April 1975.

Our tour continues with stops at the Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, both iconic landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City. If time permits, we’ll also visit a local market. The tour concludes with a transfer back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.
