Itinerary

Day 1

08:15 AM: Your adventure begins as our driver picks you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or our cruise lounge if you’ve pre-booked the shuttle service. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive to Halong Bay, which takes approximately 2.5 hours.

09:50 AM: Short Refreshment Break
We’ll make a brief 15-minute stop en route for refreshments before continuing the journey.

11:30 – 11:45 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port
Upon arrival at the port, the Essence Grand Cruise team will welcome you and assist with check-in procedures.

12:30 PM: Embark on Essence Grand Cruise
You will register at the welcome desk on the first floor and make yourself comfortable.

13:00 – 14:30 PM: Welcome Drinks & Lunch
Sip on a welcome drink as you’re introduced to the travel schedule and safety guidelines. Enjoy a delectable lunch at the Bayview Dining restaurant

15:30 – 16:30 PM: Discover Sung Sot Cave

CHILDREN POLICY:

Kid’s age from 09 years old upward will be counted as adult’s rate
Children from 5 -9 years old: charge 75% of an adult’s rate, staying in an extra bed
Children from 3-4 years old: charge 50% of an adult’s rate, sharing bed with parents
Children under 3 years old: free of charge (sharing bed with parents. There is an additional charge for the bus ticket or if ordering separate food for the child. ), plus any tourist attractions or services that require entrance fee for under 3-year-old kid.
